Marketing Specialist-Datech

The purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to primarily to be a Creative Design Specialist responsible for translating marketing strategies into high-impact visual assets. This role focuses on maintaining brand integrity while producing localized creative content for both organic and paid activities across APAC supporting the Marketing needs across the countries. You will act as the visual engine for the marketing team, ensuring all partner, vendor, and internal communications are world-class. develop and implement Marketing Strategies to support the growth of business in APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Visual Demand Generation: Create high-converting visual assets (static and motion) for the  products to support both organic social media and paid performance marketing campaigns.
• Editorial Design: Mastermind our long-form content (E-books, Annual Reports, and Brochures) using Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced Image Manipulation: Execute high-end photo compositing and retouching in Adobe Photoshop for hero campaign imagery.
• Multi-Platform Content Creation: Design and adapt marketing collateral for diverse platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Email, and Web) to ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Asset Planning: Ideate and deliver the visual components of Quarterly Marketing Plans, ensuring all designs align with Vendor and Tech Data brand guidelines.
• Channel Marketing Support: Design "Marketing-in-a-Box" kits for Resellers and Partners, enabling them to execute local campaigns with professional, brand-compliant assets.
• Digital & Motion Strategy: Support the digital marketing strategy by creating engaging video content, GIFs, and motion graphics to drive online traffic and improve user engagement in the market.
• Email Design & Optimization: Lead the design of email templates and HTML layouts, focusing on visual hierarchy and UX to improve click-through rates and conversion measurement.
• Advertising & Print Coordination: Manage the technical specifications and deadlines for both online and offline advertising, ensuring all files meet publication standards for editorial and print media
• Creative Innovation: Continuously research and implement new design technologies (e.g., AI design tools, interactive PDF formats) to keep Datech at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
• Drive and support Datech digital marketing strategy as it relates to online traffic for the market.
• Collaborate with all areas of the business to ensure best practice, consistency and to improve communication activities.
• Maintaining a central marketing hub for sales and other stakeholders to access and utilize it.
• Continuous improvement - consistently looking at better ways to service our customers through communication, tools and technology execution.
• Work closely with the APJ marketing team to identify communication topics, build a central schedule and drive.
