Program Manager – Kitchen, Amazon India
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive key business programs for Kitchen Appliances on Amazon.in. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of selection, discoverability, and customer trust — with direct impact on one of Amazon India's fastest-growing categories.
What you'll do:
You will own end-to-end execution of programs that shape how customers discover, evaluate, and buy kitchen appliances. This includes leading the onboarding of right selection by working with brands and sellers to close assortment gaps, running Prime Exclusive Offers to drive incremental conversions and loyalty, and executing affordability programs — EMI, exchange, and co-funded deals — to reduce purchase barriers. You will also partner with the Search and Advertising teams to improve keyword coverage, search relevance, and sponsored placements for the category.
Beyond individual programs, you will build scalable mechanisms: tracking dashboards, SOPs, and brand engagement cadences that make these programs repeatable and measurable.
What we're looking for:
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or category management. Strong analytical foundation — comfortable with SQL or Excel-based reporting. Proven ability to influence without authority across internal and external stakeholders. Bias for action and structured thinking in ambiguous environments.
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
