Must Have Skills  Experience range: 1 to 3 years Strong Webflow development experience (end-to-end site building)  AI tool familiarity (Midjourney, Figma AI tools, etc.
)  Landing page design with conversion focus  Experience designing performance ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)  Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy fundamentals  Ability to convert rough wireframes into polished designs  Good understanding of marketing funnels    Good to Have Skills  Basic understanding of CRO principles  Experience working with B2B SaaS brands  Motion design basics for short ad creatives  Understanding of Webflow CMS & dynamic pages  What you will own: Design high-converting creatives for: Social media (organic + paid) Performance marketing campaigns Landing pages & website assets Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across touchpoints Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging concepts Collaborate with content and growth teams to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions Create quick-turnaround creatives in a fast-paced environment Support event branding, offline collaterals, and employer branding initiatives
