Job Summary Manufacturing Systems Engineering Interns play a crucial role in supporting the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibilities- Design and development of machinery and test systems.
- Understand the assembly processes of various sub systems.
- Design and development of subassembly stations
- Design and development of special material handling equipment and conveyors
- Work study and time study of the assembly process
- Sub assembly station Layout optimization
- Communicate with vendors and support the team for procurement of above related components
- Work Ergonomics, Safety and 5S implementation.
Requirements- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Academic Performance, with a focus on relevant coursework in Manufacturing Processes, Systems Engineering and automation.
- End to End hands on experience in academic or personal Project Works.
- Strong CAD Skills ( SolidWorks Preferred)
