This team is responsible for translating product designs into scalable, production-ready manufacturing systems.
The focus is on building new assembly lines, deploying new technologies, and ensuring seamless coordination across design, automation, supply chain, quality and production teams.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and execution excellence — driving line setup projects, process development and cross-functional program delivery.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead manufacturing line setup and industrialisation projects from concept through production ramp-up.
You will coordinate across engineering, automation, suppliers and factory teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost and with required process capability.
You will also play a key role in capturing learnings from each project and cross-deploying them across future manufacturing programs.
