  • BE with 3+ years of experience in developing detailed 3D factory, plant, and manufacturing facility layouts using Revit 3D.
  • Strong working experience in Revit 3D for creating and managing accurate 3D BIM models and layouts.
  • Hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM, converting laser scan and point-cloud data of existing factories into accurate BIM models.
  • Create 3D models of shop-floor layouts, including machines, production lines, material flow paths, aisles, and safety zones.
  • Prepare multiple layout concepts, space utilization studies, and clash detection to optimize productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Update layouts and BIM models based on process changes, new equipment installation, and expansion projects.
  • Ensure compliance with factory safety standards, ergonomics, statutory norms, and company design guidelines.
  • Support factory planning reviews, design approvals, and layout presentations using 3D and BIM visuals.
  • Maintain accurate BIM documentation, as-built models, and revision control.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, material handling, and workflow optimization.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration in a factory environment.
