We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our R&D content tech team, oversee software development projects, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership and project management skills. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with hands-on experience in modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  


About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development is required.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and related Java ecosystem technologies are mandatory.
  • 2–5+ years of experience leading engineering or technical teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.

Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and modern developer workflows. 


It would be great if you also have 


  • Java 17+ 
  • Microservices architecture, JPA 
  • Redis 
  • Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito 
  • AWS basics (S3, SQS, EC2, ECS, OpenSearch) – nice to have 
  • Node JS – nice to have 

What will you be doing in this role? 


  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from ideation through production.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering practices throughout the SDLC, including:
    • AI-assisted code generation and code reviews.
    • Automated unit and integration test generation.
    • AI-supported documentation creation and maintenance.
    • AI-assisted debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure software architecture, code quality, scalability, maintainability, and security meet organizational standards.
  • Lead architectural reviews, technical design discussions, and technology evaluations.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence. 

Product you will be developing 


You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing the Singularity Search APIs. Your work will involve technical upgrades, performance optimization, and exploring AI-driven proof of concepts (POCs) to bring innovation into the product.
