The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business thro End user and channel partner , drive customer relationships, key account negotiations and direct engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals.

3. Market Share Maximization



Strengthen Eaton’s market presence and achieve maximum market share in Eastern region.



Continuously monitor competitor activities and create counter-strategies to stay ahead.
 
4. Key Account Management



Manage and nurture relationships with mid-size and large accounts.



Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.



Maintain a high level of customer engagement, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
 
5. Receivables & Compliance Management



Ensure timely payments for all orders.



Collaborate with finance and operations to maintain smooth order execution.
 
6. Channel Development



Develop, onboard, and strengthen channel partners in the Eastern region for 3-phase UPS solutions.



Support channel partners with training, product knowledge, and joint customer engagement activities.



Drive channel-led opportunities and improve partner performance.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Technology with MBA is highly desirable
Minimum of 6 – 10 years field sales experience, specially on End user business. 



Skills:

Requires product application knowledge for single phase and three phase UPS sales, Digital solutions, MDC and smart solutions. 
Solid negotiation skills and market intelligence, Dynamic, Enterprising.
Extensive Travelling Required within region.
