Accountability / Business Acumen
  • Define and share the team’s technical and functional roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and report on team activities and progress transparently.
  • Ensure the team achieves shared goals while promoting fairness and collaboration.
  • Anticipate operational challenges, develop resource plans, and encourage innovative improvements.
  • Manage resources effectively, balancing business priorities with cost efficiency.
Technical Excellence
  • Collaboratively resolve production support issues and customer inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Partner with development, architecture, solutions, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure systems emphasize quality, stability, and performance.
  • Contribute to reducing the environmental impact of tested applications and QA activities.
  • Provide resources and guidance for implementing test strategies defined by QA leadership and Principal QA engineers.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities when required, ensuring the team remains supported and successful.
Communication
  • Foster open, timely, and two-way communication to keep all team members informed, engaged, and connected to organizational updates.
