The Team 
Joining the EMEA finance team which supports offices across the UK, Europe, Central Asia, Middle East, Cayman Islands & Africa as part of a shared service function. The Project Revenue team works closely with client-facing project teams providing services covering AML, conflict checks, prebilling operations and working capital management. The services provided are integral to the operation of the EMEA business, and the team’s aim is to provide the highest quality service to our client facing teams. This role requires strong focus, attention to detail and a high customer service-oriented approach. The candidate will have strong communication skills and show high levels of emotional intelligence to interact with colleagues. The candidate will report to the Project Revenue Manager (EMEA) based in London and support the wider Project Revenue team to help with all day-to-day activities in the Project revenue team.

How you will contribute
1. Operational Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the business with the creation of project codes on internal systems
  • Client Portfolio Creation
  • Coordination of conflicts check procedures and renewals as needed
  • Coordination of AML (anti-money laundering) checks
  • Ensures temporary code extensions are escalated and approved to manage company risk.
  • Updating project codes and information in business systems when required.
  • Run reports on AML expired codes and follow up for renewal
  • Ensure all timesheets are completed by the project teams in a timely manner to facilitate accurate billing.
  • Supporting project teams in meeting additional client requirements related to project financials.
  • Supporting working capital processes, liaising with project teams to understand project balances and timelines, enabling timely cash conversion
  • Reviewing and closing completed codes
  • Provide support on additional ad hoc activities to meet business and team requirements.
2. Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Project Revenue Associates in India
  • Provide leadership and guidance ensuring local team development
  • Take on more complex queries when they arise
  • Review and delegate team workload and adapt accordingly
  • Document processes to create training materials
  • Support and participate in training initiatives relating to the implementation of new ERP systems as required.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues within other corporate support areas such as Finance, Conflicts, Risk & Compliance
Qualifications 
  • Relevant experience of 8+ years in project revenue.
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • Develop and support local team to foster a collaborative environment
  • Excellent levels of accuracy with strong organizational skills
  • You will be a natural team player who can interact easily with your colleagues and have strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who builds productive working relationships and communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools.
