Key Areas of Responsibilities

•    Handling of Audit, Inspections, Tax and Compliance Queries/data sharing etc. for NSE & BSE Capital market transactions
•    Exchange UCC reconciliation vs Trading /Middle/Backoffice systems
•    EOD reconciliations of exchange obligations and reporting of margins
•    To monitor Positions limits, EOD Margin Calls including Collateral management
•    To perform final Market reconciliations vs Client and trade bookings to identify breaks if any
•    Sent reconciliation and break cases with reasons etc, for market controls
•    Monthly MIS and invoice settlements 
•    Assist in booking Trade, reporting trade, EOD trade reconciliations
•    New client static data set up, communications and client registrations on exchange 
•    New client limit setting in risk management system
•    Audit Trail verifications to identify gaps and discrepancies for necessary follow up actions
•    Stock static maintenance including system UAT etc.,
•    Reconcile give-up and pre-matching cases and release of depository stocks 
•    Trade reporting and booking of BSE & NSE OFS, Buy back etc., 

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
•    Minimum 10 years of work experience in Institutional Broking Operations handling middle and back controls and reconciliations including Audit and compliance data support 
•    Having understanding and working experience of market pre-matching, reporting and settlement of trades for cash market and F&O
•    Extensive analytical knowledge and must be very good in numbers 
•    In-depth understanding to assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
•    Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
•    Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
•    Proficiency of verbal and written communication Excel and Word processing
•    Application and Data base management
•    Spreadsheets with formula, macro and pivot E-mail
•    Internet outlook emails
•    Usually work in an office environment but the purpose of immediate service to clients may sometimes work from home or non-standard work places
•    Work in a standard work week with flexi shift timings but may be also required to work late hours or full shifts in absence of immediate colleague staff or back up in your own responsible area.
•    Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
•    Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
