The Role: Morningstar seeks a Manager of Software Engineering to work on our Product Engineering team.
The Manager of Software Engineering will work closely (both hands on technically and from a people management standpoint) with various Workplace teams (Engineering, QA, Project Management, Product Management, etc.) to help execute our strategic business and technology initiatives. They will look for opportunities to inspire and motivate our technology teams, including those focused on AI innovation, to build the best products possible. This position is in our Mumbai office.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product management, compliance, and other global teams to track and implement new functional requests, including those related to AI features.
