Key Responsibilities HRIS Design & Implementation Design and implement HR modules including ATS (application tracking system) and LMS (learning management system). Define HRIS module structures, configurations, and system integrations. Conduct evaluation of platforms Automation Enablement Design BOT-based automation solutions aligned with business needs. Review automation readiness and provide Go‑Live sign‑offs. HRIS Evaluation & Governance Map current and future HR processes for system alignment. Assess HRIS platforms and support selection decisions. Ensure completion of governance and compliance requirements. Coordinate license procurement and initiate approved HRIS projects. Change Request Management Review system change requests and provide preliminary configuration approvals. Risk Management Conduct quarterly risk reviews and prepare governance reports. Issue Resolution & Sustenance Oversee resolution of issues in live HRIS modules. Ensure system stability and ongoing sustainability post Go‑Live. Global Impact & Release Management Assess global SAP product updates and their impact. Drive impact analysis, readiness, deployment, and adoption of new releases and enhancements. Requirements Experience & Qualification MBA (mandatory), preferably in HR, Systems, Operations, or equivalent Strong project management experience in HRIS environments Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors (SF) implementation, enhancements, or sustenance or DarwinBox Require 8 years of minimum relevant experience
