What you’ll do:

Lead and drive Eaton’s corporate communications function in India, delivering integrated internal and external communications that strengthen reputation, support business priorities, and enhance employee engagement. The role partners closely with India leadership, marketing, and global communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong execution, and alignment with Eaton’s global strategy and brand standards.



• Lead the development and execution of Eaton’s corporate communications strategy for India, aligned with global communications frameworks and India business priorities.
• Ensure a consistent “One Eaton” voice across all internal and external communications platforms in India.
• Partner with India leadership and business teams to support executive communications, leadership messaging, and key business priorities.
• Lead executive communications for India leadership, including town halls, key announcements, and leadership narratives.
• Partner closely with India leaders to ensure communications effectively support business priorities, growth initiatives, and organizational transformation.
• Drive external communications and media engagement to strengthen Eaton’s brand, reputation, and visibility across key media and industry platforms in India.
• Identify and amplify opportunities to showcase Eaton’s innovation, technology leadership, India Innovation Center, manufacturing capabilities, and customer impact stories.
• Partner closely with the marketing teams, particularly on digital and social channels, to ensure aligned messaging, consistent brand voice, and effective amplification of key narratives.
• Work closely with global and central communications teams to align messaging, processes, and campaigns, enabling consistency, scale, and impact.
• Lead internal communications initiatives that drive employee engagement and support key organizational priorities across Eaton India.
• Drive change communications for organizational initiatives, transformation programs, and major business changes.
• Lead crisis and issues communications in India, ensuring readiness through proactive planning and coordination with global communications teams.
• Enable media and crisis communications training for leaders and key spokespeople.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including media, industry associations, and strategic partners.
• Partner closely with HR, Legal, EHS, and Facilities teams to ensure aligned messaging, strong governance, and effective communication support across business priorities.
• Support communications for Eaton’s sustainability, CSR, and social impact initiatives in India.
• Establish measurement and analytics frameworks to evaluate communications effectiveness, media impact, and engagement.
• Manage and ensure effective use of agencies and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to Eaton’s global communications standards, brand governance, and messaging frameworks. 



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 12–18 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications within multinational or large corporate organizations.
