Manager - FP&A and Operations Finance

The Finance team is looking for a hands-on finance professional to lead our FP&A and operational finance initiatives.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end finance operations, from budgeting and forecasting to P&L ownership across manufacturing, services, and network functions.
This role blends strategic finance with day-to-day execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment as an FP&A and Operations Finance.

Skills: Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Data Analysis, Manufacturing finance, ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of AOP Track budget vs actuals with communication of key metrics Defining process and controlling manufacturing PnL Defining process and controlling service PnL.
Defining process and controlling Network PnL.
Perform full charge bookkeeping, including month and year end closures.
Lead FPNA across departments Required Skills Experience in a manufacturing and Ops finance setup.
Self-motivated and ethical, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, since CFT and leadership communication would be key in the role.
Proficient in accounting software and able to handle diverse tasks.
Ability to work independently and with diverse personalities.
Qualifications CA, CMA 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, ops finance, FPNA, with proficiency in ERP.
