Overview The role involves leading A&M (Advertising & Marketing) cost management for the BU by partnering with senior stakeholders to drive effective budgeting, forecasting, and spend control. It includes owning tracking tools, managing monthly reviews, overseeing reporting and cash flow, and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance. The role also supports leadership with insights and analysis for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities The purpose of the role is to proactively lead the management BU A&M cost by collaboratively business partnering with the senior budget holders to inform and support spending analysis and cost/budget management. Own and manage A&M tracking tools and host monthly review meetings with key budget holders. Manage AOP / Forecast bottom up budget build process by Brand / Campaign Manage Period Reporting of A&M spend, including curve and FIFO mgt Maintain sound financial controls including balance sheet reconciliations and ownership for relevant SOX/GCS controls Manage A&M Cashflow forecasting and reporting Provide analysis and support to Marketing Finance Director and LT on ad hoc projects / analysis Qualifications 7-8 years of experience preferred in FP&A , FMCG preferred Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred Sound knowledge of Financial systems (SAP, TM1, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems) Strong understanding of business processes related to A&M spends Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
