JOB TITLE: Manager – Engineering Quality


  • Provide leadership to the Quality Management team.
  • Works with the GM, functional managers, and other personnel to provide technical support and ensure the implementation of efficient and adequate Quality Management systems and processes.
  • Ensure functional assurance process of Projects by managing design and technical integrity reviews.
  • Ensure PEC Quality KPIs are established and monitored regularly.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance Procedures and Plans are reviewed and revised suitably.
  • Ensure Internal and External Audits are managed as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Guidelines.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Chair and facilitate the Quality Management Review Process. Support Management for timely action close-outs.
  • Manage Lessons Learned mechanism and ensure its implementation in projects/disciplines.
  • Ensure that the QA/QC team manages project quality assurance requirements, including quality planning, documenting plans and procedures, training and implementation, surveillance and audits, monitoring quality trends, corrective and preventive action, reviews, and reports.
  • Provide quality assurance support to the project during execution.
  • Enhance QMS system implementation through training and Conduct regular induction of recruits.
  • Conduct specific workshops/training sessions on key procedures (as required).
  • Establish an effective interface with the Sharjah Office.
  • Mentor and develop the QA team to the highest professional and performance standards through appropriate training and certification.
  • Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as Corporate Quality requires.
