They have also invested into Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), which is an investment into manufacturing and deployment of cutting-edge storage infrastructure to help shape a more sustainable and resilient energy future for India.

An Ideal Candidate:

Candidate Profile:

An ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering.

Should have a minimum 8–12 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 2–5 years leading a design team in heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, specialized ISO containers, or commercial vehicle bodies.

Exceptional proficiency in Solid Edge and AutoCAD software. Structural analysis/FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS) will be an advantage.

Deep understanding of sheet metal manufacturing process, heavy structural welding joints, and tolerances required for large-scale steel enclosures.

Strong familiarity with BESS, electrical substations, or data center architectures is a highly preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance rigorous technical standards with commercial viability.

Key Competencies:

1. Lead end-to-end engineering of specialized modular enclosures from 3D design to fabrication drawings and BOM.
2. Perform structural calculations and FEA to ensure durability under heavy loads and transport stresses.
3. Design integrated systems including cooling, thermal management, fire safety, and complex cabling in compact spaces.
4. Ensure compliance with ISO container standards, IP ratings, and APQP while standardizing designs for scalability.
5. Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with production and procurement to deliver manufacturable, cost-effective solutions.
