An Ideal Candidate:
Candidate Profile:
An ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering.
Should have a minimum 8–12 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 2–5 years leading a design team in heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, specialized ISO containers, or commercial vehicle bodies.
Exceptional proficiency in Solid Edge and AutoCAD software. Structural analysis/FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS) will be an advantage.
Deep understanding of sheet metal manufacturing process, heavy structural welding joints, and tolerances required for large-scale steel enclosures.
Strong familiarity with BESS, electrical substations, or data center architectures is a highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance rigorous technical standards with commercial viability.
