This role owns end‑to‑end reconciliation outcomes, ensures strong financial controls, and drives operational excellence across teams, markets, and partners.
The Manager provides strategic direction, people leadership, and senior‑level stakeholder management, while acting as the primary escalation point for reconciliations, billing risks, audit matters, and delivery challenges. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction at scale.
Own and lead end‑to‑end digital campaign actualization and reconciliation processes across platforms, geographies, and vendors.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing, approvals, and clearance for payment, in line with client SLAs and internal controls.
Establish and enforce governance standards, reconciliation frameworks, and best practices across all managed accounts.
Maintain accountability for meeting client‑mandated quarterly and annual reconciliation timelines, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Serve as the final escalation point for complex billing, delivery, reporting, or financial discrepancies.
Oversee review of media partner open payable, aging, and liability reports, ensuring financial exposure is proactively managed and minimized.
Ensure strict adherence to audit guidelines, JSOX controls, and client‑specific compliance requirements, maintaining audit‑ready documentation at all times.
Act as the primary operational contact for senior client stakeholders on reconciliation, billing, and audit topics.
Build strong partnerships with Media, Finance, Accounts Payable, Commercial, and Technology teams to enable seamless delivery.
Lead executive‑level and senior stakeholder conversations related to financial health, risks, audit outcomes, and operational improvements.
Provide clear, data‑driven reporting and insights on reconciliation status, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
Represent digital reconciliation operations in client reviews, audits, and governance forums.
Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, ensuring high performance and role clarity.
Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development support.
Ensure appropriate resourcing, workload distribution, and capability coverage across accounts and periods.
Drive a culture of accountability, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Identify, design, and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Partner with technology and product teams to enhance reconciliation tools, reporting dashboards, and workflows.
Monitor trends in discrepancies, late payments, and recurring issues, driving root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Own documentation of SOPs, controls, and operating models, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Support organizational change initiatives related to new platforms, vendors, markets, or client requirements.
