About the Role


We are looking for a manager to drive the Analytics Innovation & Scale agenda—delivering AI-first, self-serve, and enterprise-scale analytics. This leader will drive digital data strategy, and insights that influence product, marketing, and technology decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead high-performing analytics team to design, build, and deliver advanced analytical solutions.


  • Partner with business, marketing, product, and technology leaders to drive product optimization and digital innovation.


  • Drive the digital data strategy, enabling AI-first, self-serve, and scalable analytics capabilities.


  • Translate complex digital activity data and American Express closed-loop data into actionable insights that influence enterprise decisions.


  • Drive development and implementation of new analytical features, tools, and data capabilities.


  • Build deep expertise in enterprise digital product capabilities to ensure insights are strategic, relevant, and impactful.



Qualifications:

Qualifications:


  • 7 + years of experience required
  • Proven experience in digital product or innovation-focused environments.
    Strong track record in shaping and executing data strategy at scale.
  • Expertise in digital data, advanced analytics, and applied AI.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across business, marketing, product, and technology.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.

Academic Background:


  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field from a premier institute 
  • Functional Skills/Capabilities:
    Awareness of AI tools and Prompt Engineering.
    Knowledge of Analytics tools languages like SQL, Python, & large and complex data sets manipulation.
    Experience of partnering with Technologies to create scaled analytical products.

Knowledge of Platforms:


  • Chat GPT and Prompt Engineering, Big Data Platform, Digital Tracking tools like Omniture/Adobe.
  • Awareness of paid media measurement systems, methodologies, and basic processes
