Manager, Communications and Engagement
Overview
The Global Business Solutions Center is a team of 1,200+ professionals that deliver services and solutions to all Mastercard business units and regions. Our scope ranges from payroll and accounting to sophisticated automation solutions and process redesigns.
We are looking for a manager to drive communications and engagement with our programs, services, and technology. You will interact with employees from all Mastercard functions and locations. The ideal candidate has:
• An ability to influence with elegant design and crisp communications
• Experience with internal communications in a global company
• A passion and talent for branding and storytelling
In this role, you will:
• Develop clear and concise communications, such as infographics, case studies, videos, presentations, email announcements, newsletters, and webinars, to tell compelling stories, influence opinions, and drive change
• Develop and drive multi-platform communication plans for global project implementations
• Research, recommend, and adopt innovative communication methods that improve engagement, quality and efficiency such as automation and AI
• Develop and deliver self-service and webinar-based training, in collaboration with subject matter experts, for internal audiences
• Track and report metrics for audience engagement with communications
• Help prepare content for and present at internal communications events, such as town halls, fireside chats, and panel discussions
• Collaborate with colleagues to elevate deliverables
All About You
• Experienced communication professional with the ability to translate complex information into clear and relatable stories that generate understanding, influence opinions, and inspire change
• Utilizes strong business acumen to refine communications for maximum impact
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and develop insightful updates for executive stakeholders
• Strong presence with executive audiences and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global work environment
• Skilled at engaging an audience with visual design and storytelling
• Attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration
• Always looking for potential solutions to solve problems, including new automation and AI tools
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business a plus
• Change management experience and/or certification a plus
