Manager - Accounting

As a Senior Financial Reporting Professional, your day will involve close collaboration with the finance, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will play a key role in the month-end close process, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and support the team in resolving complex accounting issues. • Drive timely and accurate month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation to support financial balances.
• Support external auditors by coordinating deliverables, providing necessary documentation, and addressing audit queries promptly.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and variance analysis to ensure data integrity and highlight unusual trends.
• Assist the GL Team Leader and the team in reviewing journal entries, schedules, and responding to operational queries.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in General Ledger accounting or financial reporting.
• Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
• Experience in handling audits and working with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with Sap is must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
