Job Description
  • Source suitable candidates through recognized job portals and internal ATS tool.
  • Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with the respective hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports, and related documentation with accuracy.
  • Support the onboarding process, including documentation review, verification, and completion of joining formalities.
  • Assist the HR team with essential operational tasks and provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications
  • MBA in HR.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
