Maintenance Coordinator

Key Result Areas:

1. Basic knowledge in Electrical and engineering safety.

2. Troubleshooting knowledge on PLC's and VFD's of Allen Bradley, Delta, Siemens and instrument controller programming, installation and commissioning. Also uploading, minor modification in PLC programs and VFD programming will be an added advantage.

3. Troubleshooting on electrical problems in switchgears such as MCB, MCCB's, contactors, relays, Starters etc.

4. Responsible for Preventive and Breakdown of the equipment used in manufacturing which includes Filament winding CNC machines, electrically heated Ovens, hydraulically operated machines, CNC milling machines, Blow molding machines, High pressure reciprocating pumps, Centrifugal pumps, blowers, PNG fired Burners etc. and other process equipment.

 5. Repair and Maintenance of Tubular heaters used for Mandrel Heater set repair.

6. Coordinate with Production supervisors for Maintenance actions according to production priorities following defined appropriate methods/protocols according to the company policy, regulations and procedures.

5. Planning & Execution of Preventive Maintenance plan as per the planned schedule.

6. Planning & Execution of Breakdown Maintenance/Red Tag Abnormalities.

7. Handling of shift breakdowns, startup/ shutdown activities and utility operations in shifts. Also support mechanical breakdowns occurring in his respective shifts.

8. Should be familiar with predictive maintenance techniques like Thermography etc.

9. Should have good analytical skills and must have practiced various problem-solving techniques like why-why Analysis, RCCMS, A3 etc.

10. Should take initiatives to improve machine performance, energy monitoring, energy saving and optimization.

Qualification -

BE or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics &Telecommunication/ Instrumentation.

Knowledge required:

1. Troubleshooting of all types of electrical/ electronic breakdowns, DOL and Star delta starters, panel control wiring faults, PLC and VFD faults, CNC controller faults.

2. Knowledge of all types of proximity sensors, relays, temperature controllers, digital timers, and other devices used for small scale automation machines.

3. Knowledge of lean fundamentals (5S, KAIZENS) and documentation through relevant defined procedures.

4. Knowledge on Quality Management system.

Soft skills required:

1. Should have good communication skills.

2. Should demonstrate leadership skills and qualities.

3. Should have good Computer skills

4. Ability to self-motivate and to work and learn independently.
