We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Branch Manager – Loan & Subsidy Consultant to lead and establish our Surat branch operations. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with banks, and supervising the field marketing team to ensure smooth processing of loan and subsidy cases.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of MSME/industrial loans, along with strong leadership and coordination skills to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• Lead and manage end-to-end branch operations in Surat
  
• Coordinate with clients for lead follow-ups and document collection
  
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan processing
  
• Supervise and guide the field marketing team
  
• Monitor loan pipeline, approvals, and disbursements
  
• Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients
  
• Maintain compliance and documentation accuracy
  
• Drive business growth through effective team management
  

• 2–3 years of experience in loan consultancy / banking / financial services
  
• Basic knowledge of MSME / Industrial Loans & subsidy processes
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
  
• Good communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi required)
  
• Ability to coordinate effectively with banks and clients
  
• Result-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
  
• Understanding of documentation and compliance processes
