Linux Ansible Developer

• Build and optimize containerized applications and manage Linux deployments.
• Develop and maintain advanced Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections for server, network, and virtualization automation.
• Automate Linux/Windows OS provisioning, WinRM, and BIOS/firmware workflows using HP iLO or similar tools.
• Deliver VMware vSphere automation covering VM lifecycle, templates, snapshots, and cluster operations.
• Manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Molecule testing, and Ansible Vault for secure credential handling.
• Support PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and ORM integrations.
• Improve automation reliability through systematic debugging, documentation, and continuous enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational consistency.

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ansible, Linux administration/debugging, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and YAML-based automation.
• Hands-on experience with scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Experience with VMware vSphere automation and HP iLO or similar out-of-band management tools.
• Knowledge of OS provisioning automation for both Linux and Windows environments.
• Exposure to PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, Ansible AWX/Automation Platform, and secure automation practices.
• Good-to-have: networking fundamentals, authentication/secret management.
• You communicate clearly, work collaboratively with diverse teams, troubleshoot issues systematically, document effectively, and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to automation and engineering challenges.
