LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Ads Consultant



Edelman India is seeking an experienced LinkedIn Ads & Sales Navigator Consultant (3 months) to help us generate high-quality leads, optimise campaign performance, and drive measurable business growth. If you have a proven track record in LinkedIn advertising, audience targeting, and B2B lead generation, we'd love to hear from you.




Responsibilities



• Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.



• Develop and refine audience targeting strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.



• Apply buyer intent mapping to identify high-intent prospects, personalise engagement, and accelerate lead conversion.



• Identify, engage, and nurture high-value prospects through targeted outreach.



• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular performance reports.



• Recommend and implement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and maximise ROI.



• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with business goals.




Requirements



• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.



• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with measurable results.



• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation.



• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.



• Results-oriented, with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics.



• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.



• Ability to work independently in a consulting, freelance, or remote capacity.



• Experience working with B2B clients and professional services firms is highly regarded.
