Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a diligent and execution-focused leader to manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) Operations for our Premium Learning Subscription (PLS) business. This role ensures that learning content is accurately built, maintained, and delivered through Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and usability.


You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, enabling internal teams, and ensuring learners can easily find and consume high-quality content. This role partners closely with Curriculum, Systems, and Delivery teams to support reliable, scalable learning operations.


Note - Adobe follows a hybrid work form with 2 to 3 days from office. The shift timings applicable for this role; 2 PM to 11 PM IST


What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end creation, publishing, and scheduling of content in Adobe Learning Manager (ALM)
  • Maintain a clean, well-structured catalog by enforcing standards for content structure, naming, tagging, and organization
  • Establish and manage governance processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all ALM content and assets
  • Partner with Curriculum and Systems teams to prioritize and deliver content aligned to timelines and capacity
  • Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and standards for content creation and LMS usage
  • Manage learner-facing elements such as notifications, FAQs, and content updates to support a clear user experience
  • Define and complete processes for content updates, lifecycle management, and retirement
  • Deliver enablement and training to internal teams on ALM usage and quality standards
  • Monitor system usage and feedback to identify improvements that enhance usability and efficiency
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) or similar LMS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards at scale
  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, or enablement content
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work on defined timelines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to work independently with clear direction and adapt in evolving environments
  • Familiarity with content governance, taxonomy, or information architecture preferred
  • Experience with workflow or project management tools (e.g., Workfront) a plus
  • Experience in SaaS, customer education, or supporting global teams a plus
