3. Training Delivery & Facilitation Live Facilitation: Lead high-energy training sessions, ranging from New Hire Orientation to Leadership Development programs.
External Partnerships: Vet and manage third-party training vendors or guest speakers for niche technical requirements.
4. Organizational Development (OD) & Culture Culture Building: Drive initiatives that reinforce company values (e.
g., DEI programs, wellness initiatives, or team-building events like a Summer Carnival ).
Change Management: Support the business through transitions by providing toolkits and coaching to help employees adapt to new processes or structures.
Performance Management: Assist in the design of appraisal systems and "High Potential" (HiPo) programs to identify future leaders.
5. Analytics & Impact Measurement ROI Tracking: Move beyond "smile sheets" to measure the actual impact of training on performance (using models like Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation).
Reporting: Present monthly dashboards to leadership showing participation rates, completion scores, and skill progression.
The Profile: Requirements & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–8+ years with a track record creating training content and delivery.
Total Experience 10+years in L&D Technical Savvy: Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.
