This role sits at the intersection of education, psychology, and technology, focusing on building engaging, research-backed, and age-appropriate learning experiences across subjects such as coding, math, science, and robotics.
As a consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping how students interact with learning content by applying principles from educational psychology, developmental psychology, and learning sciences.

Key Responsibilities Design and enhance learning experiences across multiple subjects using child-centered and research-driven approaches Develop and refine curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and instructional methodologies aligned with cognitive development stages Apply principles from child psychology and learning sciences to improve student engagement and retention Collaborate with academic, product, and instructor teams to ensure consistent and high-quality learning delivery Introduce and implement evidence-based teaching strategies to optimize classroom effectiveness Analyze student behavior, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve learning journeys Build structured, age-appropriate, and level-based curriculum pathways for diverse learner groups Ensure scalability of learning solutions while maintaining educational quality and effectiveness What Makes You a Great Fit Strong academic background in Educational Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Learning Sciences, Developmental Psychology, or Child Psychology Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning experience design (LX) Deep understanding of cognitive development stages and learning behaviors in children and adolescents Ability to translate educational theory into practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences Familiarity with pedagogical frameworks and modern teaching methodologies Strong analytical skills to interpret student data and improve learning outcomes Experience working in EdTech or K-12 education environments is an advantage Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams Passion for improving education through innovative and research-driven approaches
