WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US


The Lead Testing Services Consultant at SimCorp, provides leadership in the planning, execution, and optimization of testing services to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. With typically 7+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance, this role works independently to manage complex testing projects, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members. The Lead Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures that testing activities meet organizational goals, and contributes to the overall success of service delivery


WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR


  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans, ensuring high standards of quality and performance for SimCorp solutions  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements, align on project goals, and ensure full test coverage  
  • Analyze and resolve complex testing issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Optimize testing processes and adopt best practices to improve efficiency and reduce the time to delivery  
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, enhancing skill development and promoting high-quality testing standards
  • Monitor and analyze testing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for continuous improvement  
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for test plans, cases, and results, ensuring thorough records of testing efforts  
  • Provide advanced insights on testing strategies, tools, and technologies to ensure the most effective solutions are being used
