We are seeking a visionary Lead Technology Analyst to spearhead our S/4HANA transformation. This isn't just about "keeping the lights on"—it’s about reimagining our technical landscape. You will be the responsible of our Clean Core strategy, ensuring that all custom developments are sustainable, upgrade-stable, and aligned with modern SAP best practices..




Key Responsibilities:



  • Knowledgeable about SAP ABAP on S/4, RAP, BTP, Fiori, clean core and extensibility.



  • Define and enforce "Clean Core" development standards to minimize technical debt and ensure seamless future S/4HANA upgrades.



  • Lead the transition from legacy "Z-code" to modern extensibility patterns (On-stack vs. Side-by-Side).



  • Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure adherence to the SAP S/4HANA Readiness criteria.



  • Design complex, high-performance CDS views with integrated access control (DCL) and analytical capabilities.



  • Drive efficiency by leveraging Fiori Elements floorplans for standardized business processes.



  • Oversee the development and consumption of OData V2/V4 services to bridge the gap between backend logic and the modern UI.



  • Drive the code control, automation and measurement using ATC, CALM, CCIA etc.



  • Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance for SAP best practices.




Required skills & experience:



  • 7-12 years of experience in SAP development and support.



  • Proven experience as a fullstack developer understanding S/4Hana clean core development, ATC, integration frameworks, security, API designs and data exposition outside SAP.



  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP BTP services such as SAP Build etc., fiori and ABAP



  • Good understanding of SAP systems(SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, etc.).



  • Experience in Agile methodology; previous experience in a leading community of developers.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.



  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and prioritize accordingly.




Preferred Qualification:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).



  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA



  • Experience with SAP LC/NC tools



  • Exposure to cloud platforms like SAP BTP, AWS, or Azure.
