As a Lead Supply Planner Kinaxis Super User here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain operations serving as a key driver of continuous improvement in the Kinaxis system. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain and Kinaxis Maestro, you will lead enhancements to planning processes, improve system adoption and data quality, and deliver scalable solutions that optimize inventory levels, strengthen decision-making, and help meet customer demand.
You will report directly to our Director Planning COE and you’ll work out of our India location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Kinaxis subject matter expert for the PT Planning COE, driving adoption of advanced planning capabilities, enforcing standard processes, and ensuring alignment with the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply and Inventory Planning.
• Identify, design, and implement Kinaxis process and system enhancements that improve planner productivity, scenario analysis, exception management, and end-to-end planning visibility across the organization.
• Champion continuous improvement by training, coaching, and mentoring planners and cross-functional partners on advanced Kinaxis functionality, planning best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate planning system issue resolution with the IT support team
• Support advanced planning system migration as SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end supply chain planning processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows for planning solutions.
• Work with technical teams and application specialists to translate business requirements into solution designs for Kinaxis Maestro and related ERP planning processes.



Qualifications:


• 10+ years of experience in demand planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro supply and inventory planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
 


WE VALUE
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
• Experience supporting end-to-end projects within supply chain planning, including requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, training, and business adoption.
