Lead Specialist, Technical Business Analysis



What does a great “Report Analyst” do?The Reporting Analyst is embedded in the fabric of the Fiserv business and technology. The purpose of the Reporting Analyst is to analyze data from various sources and transform into meaningful information leverage tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Other Microsoft office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Work etc. The Report Analyst is required to work within tight deadlines, coordinate with multiple groups, stakeholders and must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  The role is required to be performed from Fiserv India offices providing overlap with US working hours, hence working from 2PM to 11PM (IST) shift for all 5 working days in a week.

What you will do:



  • Maintain and monitor project plans & project schedules, resource allocations and RACI 



  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, Mock and Go-Live events



  • Document and follow up on RAID items & decisions from project meetings 



  • Prepare necessary presentation materials including digital dashboards as required. Provides administrative support, financial analysis and reporting as needed 



  • Update daily contract financials to PMO 



  • Create ServiceNow tickets and assign resources to product installs, workstreams, and projects as required. 



  • Open, assign and close Clarity Project ID’s for individual product installations



  • Act as a project resource person to perform research, analyze information, provide documentation, prepare reports and digital dashboards 



  • Manage the relationship with business contacts and all stakeholders as required 



  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as needed



  • Provide weekly status updates




What you will need to have:



  • A successful Reporting Analyst will possess the following key skills/behaviors: 



  • Infrastructure, networking, data center collapse & consolidation experience. 



  • Azure Boards/Jira experience. 



  • Methodologies including SDLC, Waterfall, Scrum fall/Agile. 



  • Private Cloud & Public Cloud Experience with Azure. 



  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills needed. 




What would be great to have:



  • 3-5 years of previous project coordinator or reporting analyst experience



  • Must be self-directed, take responsibility under minimal supervision



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including experience with Power BI/App, SQL, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint



  • Experience in Fintech/banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired



  • Budget/Cost Management experience



  • Project portfolio management experience including Clarity and/or equivalent
