Collaboration: Partner with Program and IT teams to uncover operational silos and build "out-of-the-box" innovative solutions for licensing, permitting, inspections, and social services.
Thought Leadership: Guide large government entities on digital transformation, leveraging Salesforce to create a "360-degree view of the Citizen."

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in cloud computing, CRM, low-code application development, and integration strategies.
Executive Presence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with experience engaging "C-level" agency leadership, bureaucrats and political stakeholders.
