Role
• Act as a technical lead to deliver end-to-end product development
• Build full-stack solutions using microservices, event-driven architectures and cloud-native technologies
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and other NFR benchmarks
• Mentor and guide engineering teams; drive adoption of best practices and new technologies
• Collaborate with global stakeholders including Product, Business, Architecture and other engineering teams
• Lead initiatives to improve automation, engineering efficiency and product quality
• Drive POCs and technology decisions aligned with business and platform needs
All About You
• 10–15 years of experience as a hands-on technologist with strong Object-Oriented Design and clean coding practices in Java (SOLID principles)
• Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with Spring Boot, cloud platforms and Agile (SAFe) delivery models
• Proven experience in building real-time, high-scale applications
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to design innovative, scalable solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
• Ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence
Preferred Skills / Experience
• Java: J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
• Frontend: Angular / React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Distributed systems: caching, messaging/event frameworks
• Database: PostgreSQL (optimized SQL development)
• API design and implementation
• CI/CD and cloud-native development practices
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software
