We're seeking someone to join our Cyber Data Risk & Resilience team as Lead Java Fullstack Developer with GenAI in Non-Financial Risk Technology division to build and execute complex surveillance models and scenarios that focuses on monitoring and enforcing the firm's information barriers.


In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.


The Information Controls technology team, under Non-Financial Risk Technology group, builds and executes complex surveillance models and scenarios that focuses on monitoring and enforcing the firm's information barriers.

What you'll do in the role:


The ideal candidate is a self-driven, dedicated individual who can work well with both technical and non-technical audiences You will be responsible for providing a reliable, robust, scalable, high-performance system by maintaining and evolving the application. Individual should respond well to change and quickly pick up new concepts, as well as devising new approaches for solving challenges in the space. Technical and analytics skills combined with strong interpersonal skills are required.


  • Work with stake holders/developers/users to understand and maintain existing application platform design & architecture, components, and dependencies.
  • Support existing application platforms and development of new functionalities.
  • Develop and promote new Gen AI skills to support faster development and SDLC cycle.
  • Write unit test cases to support modifications.
  • Work on automated UI and service layer testing.
  • Work with teams to resolve any application related issues.
  • Continuously Improve application performance, reliability, stability, and resiliency.

What you'll bring to the role:


  • Career experience of 11-14 years & 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, spring Boot, Spring MVC and Hibernate
  • 2+ years of hands-on front-end skills with experience in HTML, CSS, and Angular framework
  • 1+ years of experience with writing Java and Angular/React using GenAI.
  • 4+ years of experience in database like MS SQL server, DB2 or Postgres
  • Experience in Microservices architecture and cloud enabled application
  • Experience in Agile development lifecycle
  • Experience in writing unit test cases
  • 6+ years of relevant experience to perform this role
