SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer 


We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with 6–8 years of experience in IAM to support the development, automation, and integration of identity governance solutions. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning). 
  • Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes. 
  • Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs. 
  • Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases. 
  • Support governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance. 
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. 

Required Skills: 


  • Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development. 
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON. 
  • Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). 
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications). 
  • SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server). 

Preferred: 


  • Exposure to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes. 
  • SailPoint certification is a plus. 

Other Requirements: 


  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
