Your impact
We are looking for an experienced Piping Stress Lead Engineer to lead stress analysis activities across complex projects and guide a team of engineers in delivering high‑quality engineering solutions. This role involves technical leadership, interdisciplinary coordination, client interaction, and ownership of stress analysis deliverables from concept through project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage piping stress analysis activities across upstream and downstream projects
  • Review client specifications and ITB documents to ensure full technical compliance
  • Prepare and review piping stress deliverables including-Stress analysis report, Critical line lists, Civil load information, Standard and special support details
  • Perform and oversee stress analysis for critical and sensitive equipment connections using Caesar II and AutoPIPE
  • Guide and mentor a team of Piping Stress and Support Engineers
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (Piping, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) and multiple offices
  • Participate in 3D model reviews and resolve stress‑related clashes and concerns
  • Carry out man‑hour estimation, manpower planning, progress tracking, and productivity monitoring
  • Identify scope changes, support budget control, and perform quality/squad checks
  • Support procurement activities including: Preparation of enquiry and order specifications, Technical bid evaluation (TBE) and material requisitions (MR), Review of spring supports, struts, expansion joints, PTFE pads, etc.
  • Review vendor drawings for static equipment, rotary equipment, and packaged systems





Here's what you'll need
  • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 15–18 years of core experience in piping stress analysis within EPC / engineering consultancy environments
  • Proven experience leading teams and handling multi‑disciplinary, multi‑office projects.
  • Software Skills-Caesar II (mandatory), AutoPIPE (preferred), 3D review tools: Navisworks, SPR Support tools: Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong expertise in piping stress analysis, piping supports, and equipment layout
  • Thorough knowledge of international codes and standards including: ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, ASME BPE, ASME B16.5, API standards relevant to piping and stress analysis
