Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, test, and validate control software using MATLAB Simulink and related modeling tools.
  • Work with controller platforms such as New Eagle Controller and New Eagle Raptor to support system development and deployment.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen controls capability and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Support offshore delivery by contributing to planning, documentation, and technical guidance.
  • Participate in system integration activities, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Engage with mechanical, electrical, and NPD teams to support cross functional development needs.
  • Provide timely progress updates, documentation, and communication to leadership and team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support increased productivity and project throughput.

Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong working knowledge of MATLAB Simulink, model based design, and software validation.
  • Hands on experience with New Eagle controller platforms (Controller, Raptor).
  • Understanding of embedded systems, control logic, and mechatronics principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate in multi disciplinary and global team environments.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience in supporting offshore/onshore coordinated engineering work is a plus.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of experience in control software development, embedded systems, or model based design.
  • Certifications or formal training in MATLAB, Simulink, or embedded controls development will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience:


  • Exposure to material handling/industrial/off highway/heavy equipment control systems.
  • Experience with system integration, hardware in loop (HIL) testing, or diagnostics tools.

Visa:


  • Valid USA work visa is an added advantage.
