Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking an experienced CDE Setup Application Lead Developer to lead and oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) setup, automation, and governance across global projects. This role focuses strongly on management, standardization, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring efficient CDE deployment.


The ideal candidate will possess advanced automation skills, strong experience with ProjectWise administration, and the ability to use PowerShell scripts to manage and optimize ProjectWise environments.


Your role

Key Responsibilities


CDE Platform Management & Administration


  • Lead end-to-end management of multiple CDE platforms: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, SharePoint, and ProjectWise.
  • Perform advanced ProjectWise administration, including workspace configuration, permission management, datasource setup, and environment maintenance.
  • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for ProjectWise to automate routine tasks, enforce standards, and enhance system performance.
  • Ensure all environments follow organizational compliance, security, and best practices.

Automation Development & Optimization


  • Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline CDE deployment processes.
  • Integrate various systems using APIs in Power Automate to automate complex, multi-platform workflows.
  • Continuously refine, update, and optimize existing automation solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.

Stakeholder Management & Standardization


  • Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, understand market-specific needs, and implement standardized solutions that align with organizational guidelines.
  • Lead or actively participate in standardization meetings, product planning sessions, and governance discussions.
  • Provide clear communication, documentation, and training to teams on CDE processes and tools.

Troubleshooting, Support & Continuous Improvement


  • Troubleshoot deployment errors, CDE configuration issues, and automation failures.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and help resolve setup or access issues across all supported CDE platforms.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements for workflows, environments, and system integration.
About you

Qualifications


  • Advanced experience with ProjectWise administration, including configuration, environment management, and user permissions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting specifically for ProjectWise automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate, including API integrations and complex workflow creation.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for solution development and collaboration.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 administration.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps for creating custom applications.
  • Experience with Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
