8-9 Years of relevant experience in SRAM layouts for lower technology nodes like 5nm and below.
Experience in developing layouts for memories like Caches, CAMs, Register files, multiport register Files, Compilers etc
1)Should be in a position to work hands on layouts, well versed with Design verification tools and debug skills.
2) Should be able to coach team members
3)Should have lead projects successfully for lower technology nodes.
4)Strong leadership skills to drive projects across multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-site environments
5) Strong fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device physics, layout principles, IC reliability and failure mechanisms
6) Good problem-solving skills are essential where problems are analysed upfront, identifying gaps, and providing optimum solutions
7) Work closely with required global teams to ensure the success of the whole project
8) Leadership to drive collaborative initiatives with cross teams.
9)Experience working with teams to coordinate and implement effective methodology creation for layouts.

* Advanced VLSI Design Tools: Exposure to specialized VLSI design tools and software, including those used for creating and manipulating physical shapes for complex circuit designs. * Semiconductor Process Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor processes and their impact on circuit design and layout, including understanding of semiconductor ground rules. * Circuit Simulation Techniques: Experience with circuit simulation techniques and tools used to validate the logical function of circuits and ensure design integrity.
