Key Competencies:

Key Responsibilities

MES / EMS Development & Management

• Design, develop, and implement MES / EMS solutions for manufacturing product lines
• Configure, install, and maintain MES systems across production environments
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability

Software Development (LabVIEW)

• Develop and modify applications using LabVIEW
• Generate and support new software source code based on production and business needs
• Maintain version control and software documentation

Troubleshooting & Support

• Diagnose and correct software glitches, bugs, and system issues
• Provide production support and quick resolution to minimize downtime
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions

Product Line Support

• Work closely with Product Line, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams
• Customize MES features according to product and process requirements
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities

Installation & Maintenance

• Perform MES deployment, upgrades, and patch management
• Validate system performance post-installation
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and manufacturing practices

Leadership & Coordination

• Act as a technical lead for MES-related activities
• Mentor junior developers and engineers
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
