B.Tech / BE / Engineering Graduate
1–3 years of Technical Support/Desktop Support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows & Mac Operating Systems
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Active Directory administration
Networking fundamentals
Mobile Device Support
Audio/Video Conferencing & Telephony Support
Excellent communication and customer service skills
ITIL Certification
Microsoft MCITP Certification
