In this role, you will:


As the Knowledge Operations Lead, you will establish and continuously improve Revenue Enablement's knowledge operations function. You will ensure product, competitive, sales, and learning content is governed, organized, and optimized so sellers can quickly find trusted information through Seismic, Teradata University, and AI-powered knowledge experiences.


Success in this role means improving knowledge quality, discoverability, and operational efficiency while enabling scalable AI-driven seller experiences. You will define standards, drive governance, measure content health, and continuously improve how knowledge is managed across the organization.


Who You'll Work With

On our team, we partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Competitive Intelligence, and GTM leaders to equip our global sales organization with the knowledge and tools needed to drive customer success.


This role is part of the Revenue Enablement organization and reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Enablement. You will work closely with enablement content developers, business stakeholders, and platform administrators to ensure knowledge remains accurate, current, and easy to consume.


What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
  • 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, content operations, learning operations, sales enablement, or a related discipline.
  • Experience governing enterprise knowledge repositories or learning platforms.
  • Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle management, and governance.
  • Experience using analytics to improve knowledge quality and user adoption.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What You'll Bring

Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, data, or AI organizations is preferred. Familiarity with Seismic, learning management systems, AI-powered knowledge assistants, generative AI, and knowledge retrieval technologies is highly desirable. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving continuous process improvement is a plus.
