In this role, you will lead the local strategy for our Respiratory and Immunology portfolio, converting clinical value into measurable market impact. You will partner closely with sales, medical, and marketing teams to develop treatment pathways, accelerate responsible on-label use, and grow share in priority accounts. Your work will directly influence how physicians and multidisciplinary teams approach asthma, COPD, and related conditions—driving outcomes for patients and balanced growth for the business.


Accountabilities:


  • Account Strategy and Planning: Build and implement territory and account plans that improve local positioning of our Respiratory and Immunology therapies. Identify priority accounts, map decision makers, and prioritize to deliver near-term targets and long-term market shaping.


  • Partner Engagement: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals across the decision-making unit. Lead balanced, science-led dialogues on approved indications, efficacy, and safety to support appropriate, on-label prescribing for eligible patients.


  • Scientific Education and Capability Building: Elevate understanding of our value propositions across multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate workshops, speaker programs, and trainings, and enable knowledge transfer through multichannel communications—helping strengthen clinical confidence and care pathways.


  • Performance Delivery: Meet or exceed sales targets with focused forecast management and budget stewardship. Optimize promotional mix within compliance frameworks and ensure medicines are used in line with national/local guidelines and approved labeling.


  • Insight Generation and Cross-Functional Influence: Gain and synthesize account and stakeholder insights to advise brand plan execution, evidence needs, and tactical adjustments. Share findings across commercial and medical teams to sharpen strategy and accelerate impact.


  • Compliance and Training: Complete required certifications and product exams. Uphold all external regulations and internal standards, including our Code of Ethics and data privacy policies—especially when engaging with patient groups.


Essential Skills/Experience:


  • University Science graduate, ideally MBA from reputable institute.


  • Proficient in oral and written communication (English).


  • Must have 3+ years of sales experience with Pharma sector in R&I domain.


  • Should have tried strong sales ability, cross-functional collaboration, and proven intuition for business.


  • Organizational skills, good analytical skills / mind set, ability to run complexity with a high degree of maturity.


Desirable Skills/Experience:


  • Known to work in respiratory therapy areas (e.g., asthma, COPD) and established relationships with relevant HCPs and KOLs.


  • Shown Key Account Management experience, including mapping DMUs/MDTs and completing tailored engagement plans.


  • Experience coordinating medical education programs and speaker events; comfort interpreting clinical data and guidelines.


  • Strong command of CRM and analytics tools to supervise performance, find opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy.


  • Familiarity with local market access dynamics, guidelines, and the compliant use of digital and in-person channels.
