The candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and ATL/BTL activations.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search engines, display advertising, and email marketing to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and interacting with audiences across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Assist in the execution of Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing activities , including print, radio, outdoor advertising, and brand awareness campaigns.
Support and coordinate Below-the-Line (BTL) activations , such as events, on-ground promotions, product demonstrations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for campaign improvement.
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports with actionable insights to enhance ROI.
Assist in content creation including blogs, emailers, creatives, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in digital and offline marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both digital and offline channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts , including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and content calendars.
Familiarity with ATL and BTL marketing strategies and execution processes.
Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
