We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Applications, including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and database-related components. You will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and end-users to deliver high-quality technical solutions that support business operations.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite or relevant modules).
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX as per business requirements.
• Write, debug, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Support day-to-day issue resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements in Oracle Apps modules.
• Work with senior team members to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in unit testing and assist in system/integration testing activities.
• Document technical specifications, development steps, and deployment procedures.
• Provide end-user support and assist with training when necessary.
• Follow coding standards, version control procedures, and development best practices

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Familiarity with database design and relational database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

PREFERRED (NICE TO HAVE):

• Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules like Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.
• Understanding of Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, or BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of performance tuning for SQL and PL/SQL.
•  Basic understanding of APIs and integrations in Oracle Apps.
