Inspect incoming parts (aviation and non‑aviation) using drawings, specifications, and standards.
Perform visual, dimensional and documentation checks (e.g., certificates of conformity, material certificates, test reports).
Record inspection results in the quality system/ERP and ensure proper traceability.
Segregate and label nonconforming material; initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCR) or Quality Notifications as required.
Coordinate with SQE for supplier issues and missing/incorrect documentation. Support supplier quality investigations by providing data, photos, and samples from incoming inspections. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for incoming quality issues.
Support quality improvement projects focused on reducing incoming defects, rejections, and line disruptions.
Contribute to updating and improving inspection plans, checklists, and work instructions.
Follow all EHS and safety requirements in the inspection area (handling of parts, tools, gauges, chemicals, etc.).
The Ideal Candidate:
Should have experience in manufacturing industries, preferably with a background in the Quality department, such as Incoming Quality or In-Process Quality
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Aeronautical / Electrical or related engineering field.
2–3 years of experience in quality / inspection / manufacturing
Exposure to aerospace manufacturing is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or certification in AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Familiarity with problem-solving tools and methodologies
