Job Description

We are looking for a Jira Process Coordinator to act as the workflow enforcer and audit engine for a large-scale network consolidation program at a US-based Tier-2 Telco. The role governs the Jira pipeline, ensuring that only complete and validated data enters the engineering workflow and that every executed cutover is fully traceable to measurable financial outcomes. This position is ideal for professionals who excel at enforcing strict workflows, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring full traceability across complex transformation programs.

Working Hours: India-based role with a required 4-hour overlap with EST.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake funnel by enforcing strict data completeness requirements and rejecting Implementation Units (IUs) that lack mandatory information such as target subnets or legacy asset identifiers
  • Package validated engineering outputs into structured release waves (Fix Versions/Releases) aligned with weekend migration schedules and CAB processes
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability by linking every executed technical change to corresponding decommissioned legacy assets, providing a clear audit trail for financial ROI validation
  • Monitor the T-Minus migration schedule and escalate logistical risks, vendor delays, or process blockers to the Project Manager to maintain factory velocity
  • Maintain Jira hygiene by enforcing transition validators, custom fields, required workflows, and consistent issue lifecycle management across the program

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Jira and process coordination within large-scale IT infrastructure programs
  • Advanced Jira proficiency, including the ability to design and enforce strict transition validators, screen schemes, and advanced issue linking
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data completeness, process discipline, and workflow consistency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to enforce quality standards and challenge incomplete inputs from senior technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT asset lifecycle tracking; the role focuses on governance and traceability rather than hands-on engineering or data scripting

Additional Information

We offer:

  • Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Competitive Pay and Benefits: enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, and a relocation program.
  • Work From Anywhere Culture: make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work.
  • Growth Mindset: reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities.
  • Global Impact: collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries.
  • Welcoming Multicultural Environment: be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events.
  • Social Sustainability Values: join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
